A human operator reviews your profile and delivers a written audit — including photo ranking, bio rewrite, and algorithm strategy — to your email within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

2. Payment

The standard price is $29 USD, charged as a one-time payment via PayPal. No subscription. No recurring charges. Promotional prices may be offered via discount codes and are valid only for the session in which the code was applied.

3. Delivery

Delivery target is within 24 hours of confirmed payment during normal operating hours. Delivery is to the email address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive your audit within 36 hours, email support@tinderhero.pics.

4. Refund policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee. If you apply the TinderHero makeover and your match rate does not improve within 7 days, reply to your delivery email with the word “refund”. We will process a full refund via PayPal. No phone calls, no forms.

The guarantee applies once the makeover has been delivered. Refunds for non-delivery are processed immediately upon request if delivery has not occurred within 36 hours of confirmed payment.
