TinderHero (“we”, “us”) is a dating profile makeover service operated by Elias Pfeffer. You can reach us at support@tinderhero.pics.

2. What we collect

·Name and email address — Provided by you at checkout. Used to deliver your audit and send your order confirmation.
·Quiz answers — Your responses to our intake questionnaire. Used to personalize your profile audit.
·Screenshots — Tinder profile screenshots you upload. Used solely to perform the profile audit. Deleted within 30 days of delivery.
·Payment information — Processed entirely by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
·UTM / traffic parameters — Anonymous ad-click identifiers (utm_source, utm_campaign, etc.) stored in your browser and optionally in our database. Used to understand which marketing channels are working.
·Usage analytics — Which funnel steps you reach (anonymous session IDs). No cookies. Used to improve the product.

3. How we use your data

We use your data exclusively to:

·Deliver your profile audit within 24 hours
·Send you an order confirmation email
·Process refund requests
·Respond to customer support inquiries
·Improve TinderHero (aggregated, anonymous analytics only)

We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising to you. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below.

4. Third-party processors

·PayPal — Processes all payments. Subject to PayPal's privacy policy.
·Supabase — Stores your order data (name, email, answers, screenshot URLs) on EU/US servers.
·Resend — Sends transactional emails (order confirmation, audit delivery).
·Vercel — Hosts the TinderHero website.
·Google Ads — Anonymous conversion tracking (whether you completed a purchase) if you arrived via a Google ad.

5. Data retention

Your screenshots are deleted within 30 days of delivery. Your name and email are retained for up to 12 months to handle refund requests and delivery follow-ups, then deleted. Anonymous analytics events are retained indefinitely in aggregate form.

6. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing support@tinderhero.pics. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

TinderHero does not use tracking cookies. We use localStorage to remember your quiz answers and funnel state within your browser session. This data never leaves your device unless you complete a purchase.
